I hope you will allow this post. I would like to thank a gentleman by the name of Kenneth Garrett and his wife for coming to my aide yesterday in gallatin tn. After a long day I drove to gallatin to a local business and as I was leaving the parking lot my truck would not shift a small plastic piece had broken. Now I know we live in a world where things are not like they used to be....you know where you ask if someone needs assistance. I had done called my insurance for towing and my hubby who I told to sit tight as I thought insurance was sending someone (not) I waited about 2.5 hours not one person except for 1 man and 1 woman after hundreds walked past me asked if I needed a phone or water then Mr. Bryan Garrett stopped he told me let me look at it then said.. i can have it fixed in about 15 minutes. I gave him the money and he went and bought the part put it on my truck and off I went. So here is a BIG SHOUT OUT TO Bryan Garrett and his wife at Import Auto of Gallatin thank you so much for doing what you did, I can promise I will pay it forward.

After multiple attempts to get the battery jumped on my 2018 Fiat 500x, turned out to be a very bad battery. With my car being Italian, it’s a hard battery to find. Leon was able to team up with his local supplier and had the battery installed in 24hrs. Very nice folks, if I wasn’t from out of town would use them again. Love & Light

I took my car to them because Nissian in Gallatin kept giving me the run around on my car it was smoking so bad I know I didn’t change oil like I should have but there is no way one year would have done to that oil what was done to the oil it was awful so I took it to Import Auto service he fixed my car no more smoke Nissian done this and that and they said no promise it would work then they told me I would need a new engine but Import Auto fixed my car thank y’all very much

Leon is very knowledgeable, they only sell quality parts that meet manufacturer specifications. You will only get the best parts and service here. They want to make sure you have a great experience and repair your car with the right quality part the first time. They treated me like family and serviced my vehicle as if it was their own. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. They installed a water pump on my 2007 Honda CRV and it is running great!

This small shop is great. Huge parts inventory and Leon ( owner) is super savy. This is one of the few shops around where you can get expert service, parts and knowledge to support air cooled VWs
